Refund policy

All jewelry sales are final. You may be able to exchange your item, if it truly is not what you expected, in which case you will need to mail the item back in a padded mailing envelope, and include payment for shipping the replacement item. Contact me at jan@janraven.com to initiate this process.

If your item was damaged in shipment, please contact me right away for replacement, repair, or refund: jan@janraven.com.

Refunds
In the unlikely event that a refund is warranted, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
